From the moment you arrive you’ll feel the stress fall away and the relaxation wash over you. The calming, neutral medium brown tone of the exterior of the home projects relaxation and ease. Once you’ve made yourself at home, you can enjoy the many private outdoor amenities the home has to offer. Step through a wall of glass onto the patio that boasts outdoor seating for eight, as well as a large stainless steel grill under the covered patio. A children’s play area with games like oversize match four, blocks, and other games is available nearby. The western view from the back of the home offers light and warmth all day and is the perfect place for viewing a Florida sunset in the evening. Spend time on the second-floor balcony that spans the width of the house and features dark wicker outdoor furnishings including two comfortable chairs and a small table. Head to the gate of the fenced pool area and jump in. The in-ground pool is as deep as five feet and offers a refreshing dip after a day of play in the sun. Relax tired muscles in the spillover hot tub while the kids splash in the pool. Relax in style in the open living area. Neutral colors make a good backdrop for spots of color throughout. A large sofa in the living area allows you to take in the view outside, sit around the coffee table with friends and family, or watch a show on the wall-mounted 75” 4K Smart TV. A half-bathroom on the first floor features a pedestal sink and is located off the living area. Prepare a delicious home-cooked meal in the open kitchen. Granite counters offer plenty of prep space including a kitchen island with sink and raised bar with seating for four spotlighted by glass pendant lighting. Dark wood cabinets hold everything you need and more, and all stainless steel appliances, including a wall oven and five-burner stovetop, make sure every dish comes out fabulous. Enjoy the meal at the large table in the dining area with seating for eight and spotlighted by two glass chandeliers. For more fun, head upstairs, which hosts a loft decked out as an arcade. Play the Star Wars Battle Pod, any of the 1,000 games included on the classic arcade game table, or enjoy a friendly game of foosball on the LED-lit table. You could also take a seat on the comfortable couch and watch a movie on the Smart TV. When it’s time for some shut-eye, retreat to a private bedroom. The first-floor master features a king-size bed upholstered in white and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. Turn down the lights and close the blinds and watch a show on the wall-mounted Smart TV. The master bedroom on the second floor boasts a king-size bed upholstered in navy and spotlighted by an actual spotlight! You can find navy blue accents throughout the furnishings and paint in the room. A door leads to a private balcony. A wall-mounted smart TV allows you to watch your favorite TV show right from the bed. Relax in the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom features a king bed and full bath. The tub/shower combo features a NASA shower curtain. The room features a space/NASA theme and includes a large mural of the Earth from the moon on one wall, a life-size NASA spacesuit, rocket-shaped lamps on the nightstands, and moon and NASA bedding. A smart TV is available in this room for watching your favorite show, and there is ample storage for all your things. For the kids – or the kids at heart – of the group, their remaining bedrooms have fun themes and colors that will definitely appeal to them. Fans of Star Wars will love the Star Wars/Galactic theme room that features two sets of full-over-full bunks and its own ¾ bath single-sink vanity and stand-up shower stall. Reach the top bunks by a short set of stairs between the two sets of bunks. A doorway on either side leads to the top bunks and both bunks can access the slide for a fun way to get back down to ground level. Each bed is decorated with Star Wars or galactic theme bedding. Lights on the side of the bunks facing the room add a space-like glow and each bunk has its own outer space mural. A large smart TV gives the kids a chance to watch their own shows in private, and R2D2 and BB8 bean bags complete the décor. It will be hard to get Disney princess lovers out of the Disney princesses-themed room. A large “tower” dominates the room and is home to a set of full-over-full bunks in princess theme décor. All of the walls are decorated in a mural of castles and royal touches. Each bunk boasts its own princess-themed mural, Smart TV, and chandelier.
