Governor DeSantis Suspends Vacation Rentals for 14 Days
 
Florida’s Governor has issued an Executive Order that suspends vacation rentals for 14 days starting March 28, 2020. This order does not affect current in-home guests. Currently, we are only accepting new reservations to arrive past Saturday, April 11, 2020.

As coronavirus (COVID-19) progresses, we understand that this brings uncertainty to travel. At Magical Vacation Homes, our guests, homeowners, and employees are our top priority and we are determined to provide answers to any questions you may have. We are currently monitoring any updates from the virus and have conducted additional training for our contractors and staff.

Stay At Home Order
Osceola County is enacting a stay at home order from Thursday, March 26 from 11 pm until Thursday, April 9 at 11 pm. Magical Vacation Homes will be operating with a mostly remote staff during this time. The Welcome Center will remain open until 5pm throughout the Stay at Home Order. For any in-house guest, all our vacation homes are located in Osceola county which has an active stay-at-home order.

Any questions relating to new reservations can be answered through our Reservations Team at (407) 552-6155 or [email protected] We are monitoring this situation as it develops and working closely with the Florida VRMA and following information from the Florida Department of Health. Please refer to these health and travel websites for factual reporting.

Existing Reservations
For questions on existing reservations, our customer support team is available by telephone, chat, and email.
  • For reservations PRIOR to April 30, 2020, please contact our customer support at (407) 552-6155 or chat (if available) at the bottom right corner of your screen.
  • For reservations AFTER April 30, 2020, please contact our customer support at [email protected].
  • For guests who have purchased travel insurance, our provider, Generali Travel Insurance, has further information on their policy.
