As you walk in, you will feel right at home with bright and airy modern furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home-cooked meals for the entire family. There is a beautiful dining table that seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. You can easily entertain all of your guests in the living area with three comfortable sofas around the wall-mounted Smart TV.
Step out to the patio and soak up the Florida sunshine while you swim in the private pool. Pull up a chair next to one of the patio tables on the covered lanai and read a good book while enjoying a refreshing beverage. Relax and let your cares melt away as you sit in the spillover spa. For additional privacy, the pool area is fully enclosed by a fence.
Back inside, the game room provides plenty of excitement for all with dual Fast and the Furious racers, air hockey, a multi-game arcade, Big Buck Hunter, Xbox, and a tube slide. On the second floor, lay back in the reclining leather seats with tables as you watch a favorite movie in the theater room. Steps away, you will find a snack bar with PlayStation 4, a wine cooler, and barstool seating.
As the day draws to a close, retreat to inviting, well-appointed bedrooms. There is a master suite on the ground floor that features a king-sized bed and a large en suite bathroom with a shower, separate tub, and double vanity. Across the hall is a second bedroom with a king-sized bed. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a king-sized bed. Kids will be delighted by their exciting bedrooms! The first is a superhero-themed room with a double/double bunk bed complete with a tube slide. The remaining kids' bedroom has a DJ theme and features some of their favorite characters with a double/double bunk bed. The kids' bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
