Welcome to Sunset Retreat. This home is the 5 bedroom "Buenos Aires" floor plan, but the 5th bedroom is furnished as a loft area to enjoy, equipped with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Therefore it is larger with two more bathrooms than the regular 4 bedroom townhomes in Solterra Resort.This corner unit has several windows for plenty of natural sunlight to enter the home. There's ample seating on the large sectional sofa in the living area for the whole family to come together and catch a movie together on the large TV. There's a fully-equipped kitchen should you need it with all the appliances you would need if you decide to cook at home. The beautiful glass dining table has seats for up to 8 and there's 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Both master suites are upstairs with en-suite bathrooms and king-sized beds. There's a kids bedroom with 2 twin beds and has its own bathroom also upstairs while the downstairs bedroom has a king bed. All bedrooms have their own TV for everyone to enjoy their own entertainment. The upstairs den is themed and has a sleeper sofa that opens up to a queen-sized bed. Play games on the provided Playstation 4 or get work done at the included desk with all-in-one printer available.
On warm days or nights take a refreshing dip in the private screen-in splash pool. Relax and ponder the day at one of the 8 available seats with table or hang out on a sun lounger. The pool area overlooks a great preserve so there are no neighbors directly behind the home. With all this and more, this home has everything you need to enjoy your next family vacation in style.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out available for an additional fee
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time departure cleaning fee required for all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
