Welcome to Magical Getaway, a luxurious seaside-inspired villa in the Reunion Resort! This 10-bedroom, 12.5-bathroom villa has everything you need and more for the perfect family vacation. Boasting 6,451 sq. ft. of stylish design, your whole family will be wowed by the large private pool patio, game room, theater room, entertaining loft, custom-built kids' bedrooms, and more! Located within the prestigious Reunion Resort, you are only 8 miles away from Walt Disney World® Resort and in a prime location close to everything Central Florida has to offer.
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by natural light as the entryway leads you to the grand living area with an open-concept floor plan, perfect for socializing. Get comfortable on one of the two sectional sofas and catch up on your favorite TV shows on the 75-inch TV. When it's time for dinner, prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The chefs of the family will find everything they need to cook their favorite meals. Whether you're trying out a new recipe or ordering takeout from one of the exceptional local restaurants, there is plenty of serving space for the whole family. Gather around the dining room table that seats up to 14 guests, with additional seating for 5 available at the breakfast bar.
Slide open the glass patio doors from your spacious living area and soak up the Florida sunshine on your private pool patio. Magical Getaway features 10 en suite bedrooms that have been designed with vacation in mind. On the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have king-sized beds. The 4th bedroom has two double beds. On the second floor, you'll find the remaining 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have king-sized beds. Whichever room you choose, you'll be sure to wake up refreshed with the bright and airy, coastal-inspired decor and furnishings. The kids of the party won't be able to stop talking about the super cool bedrooms they got to sleep in on their best vacation yet! The 2 custom-built kids' bedrooms offer plenty of bunk bed sleeping space with 3 twin/twin bunk beds and 2 en suite bathrooms each. Little explorers can find themselves venturing to outer space in the galaxy-themed bedroom. Adventurers will be awe-struck in the underwater-inspired bedroom with a beautiful hand-painted mural and hidden nook. Their dreams will truly come true in these exciting bedrooms!

The superhero-themed game room is filled with a variety of arcades that everyone in your party, no matter the age, will be sure to enjoy. Rental Policies
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
