The living area has a large, leather sectional sofa to gather around on and entertain large families. The sofa has several fluffy pillows for everyone to feel at home. The separate dining area has a long dining table that can seat up to 14 people. This table is perfect for the holidays. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances for if you want to prepare home-cooked meals for the holidays or have toast and a smoothie to-go.
This home features a screened-in opaque bottom privacy screen around the splash pool and spa. The patio area also includes a table with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers to relax in. This home backs on to a lake for calming views and nice breezes.
Get your game on in the amazing game room with gamer chairs, sofa, foosball table, 4 player air-hockey table, game console, and large TV.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with king beds and all other bedrooms can be found upstairs. There are 2 custom built kids bedrooms perfect for a magical vacation.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM• Early or late check-in/out available for additional fee
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
