Located in the Homestead area of Reunion Resort, this 9-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom signature home boasts 5,550 sq. ft. of spacious rooms, premium amenities and elegant decor. Elegant Chateau includes a private pool and spillover spa, 7 suites, 2 kids' bedrooms, an entertainment game loft, a home theater, full kitchen, formal dining room, and much more.
Your vacation begins as soon as you walk into the home and admire the open floor plan that the home offers. Get comfortable in the spacious living room boasting comfortable seating and a SMART T.V. for your entertainment. If you're feeling hungry, step into your fully equipped kitchen where whipping up your next meal will be a breeze. The formal dining table offers seating for 9 and breakfast bar seating for 7 so everyone can enjoy a meal together.
If you're looking to spend more time together as a family, you'll find plenty of options in the Elegant Chateau! Head upstairs to watch your favorite movie in the private movie theater. Upstairs you will also find an entertaining loft with air hockey and two multi-game arcades. Just off of the loft is a balcony with pool table with seating for 4 to enjoy morning coffee. The Elegant Chateau has 9 spacious bedrooms to choose from, 7 of which are suites and 2 kids' rooms. Three of the suites are conveniently located on the ground floor while the other 6 bedrooms are on the second floor of this gorgeous villa. Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
