Property Description
As you walk into the home you will be welcomed into the open-concept living area. The modern-styled kitchen has stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops, perfect for prepping meals for the whole family. Have abseat at the breakfast bar and plan out the day, or enjoy a snack before heading out to a theme park. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to come together and watch a TV show. The dining table has room for 12, perfect for a family-style get together.
Walk onto the private patio to your own screened-in pool with a spillover spa. Relax in a sun lounger or take a dip to cool off. There is an outdoor dining table so you can dine under the stars. Stay entertained with the built-in TV. If you have little ones, there is a safety fence that can be set up as well.
Champion Estate is filled with entertainment for the whole family. Watch a movie in the private home theater with recliner seating and a projection screen. Have a karaoke party with friends using the karaoke machine. If you're looking for games, head to the game room for endless fun. Challenge friends to a game of ping pong or foosball. There is also a pool table and an air hockey table.
Retreat to one of the 8 bedrooms to rest up for the days ahead. Champions Estate has 2 master suites each with king-sized beds, SMART TVs, and an ensuite bathroom. There are also 4 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, each just as cozy as your bed at home. You will be able to get plenty of beauty rest on your stress-free vacation when you choose to stay in Champions Estate. There are 2 custom themed kids bedrooms that kids can choose from. They can rest and feel safe with their favorite superheroes flying around them in the first room which has 2 twin beds. Little princesses will sleep royally in the second kids' bedroom which also has 2 twin-size beds.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Championship Golf Courses
The Champions Gate Resort golf courses were created for the best game possible, with two different courses available for golfers of every skill level, including the International and National golf courses designed by Greg Norman. The International Golf Course, designed to test the skill of even the most seasoned of golfers, has over 160 pot bunkers, long Florida grasses, and sloping hills to snare every wayward golf ball. The National Golf Course is designed for golfers of all skill levels, with 18 holes spread over 200 acres of immaculate lawns, complete with 80 bunkers, and water hazards for an exciting challenge.
