Welcome to Kingsbarn Estate situated in The Retreat at the prestigious Champions Gate resort. It has easy access to Highway 27 and Highway 192 and is only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to take you to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Aquatica, shopping, and the many other attractions available. This property is located just behind the Oasis Clubhouse, so hours of resort fun are just steps from your door!
As you walk into this bright, spacious home, your vacation begins. The open layout of the downstairs is perfect for hosting family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of counter space and offers bar seating for four. The dining table seats eight guests under custom lighting. Wind down and enjoy a show in the living room. The living room offers a large rounded sofa and a large wall-mounted SMART This gorgeous property offers five bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests. Two bedrooms have a king bed each, two bedrooms offer a queen bed each, and the last bedroom offers a twin bed and a full bed.
If the Florida sun is what has brought you down for vacation, you will enjoy relaxing and soaking up the rays on the two poolside lounge chairs. The private pool area also features a pool fence and a covered dining for four.
Take a short stroll to The Oasis Club to dine in the Grill Room restaurant. The pool area has a lazy river, water slide, and children s splash zone. With volleyball courts, a fitness room, a games room, and more, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.

Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
- Max of 6 cars per address

Championship Golf Courses
The Champions Gate Resort golf courses were created for the best game possible, with two different courses available for golfers of every skill level, including the International and National golf courses designed by Greg Norman. The International Golf Course, designed to test the skill of even the most seasoned of golfers, has over 160 pot bunkers, long Florida grasses, and sloping hills to snare every wayward golf ball. The National Golf Course is designed for golfers of all skill levels, with 18 holes spread over 200 acres of immaculate lawns, complete with 80 bunkers, and water hazards for an exciting challenge. Outdoor Activities
