- Bedroom 2: Two Twin Bedroom
- Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom / 42 TV
Dock- Available for guest use

No Pets Allowed In this House
Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
The Spa will not heat up if pool+spa heat is not paid for.
Pool is 26x20 D 6 Spa is 5 x 5
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
Parking:
One car Parking in the Garage- the owners vehicle is also parked there.
Two Car Driveway
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
