Bedroom 1: One King Bedroom / Attached Bathroom / 43-inch Smart TV
Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom / 50-inch Smart TV
BEDROOMS Upstairs (Second Floor)
Bedroom 3: One King Bedroom / Attached Bathroom / 43-inch Smart TV
Bedroom 4: One Twin and One Double Bedroom / 43-inch Smart TV
Bedroom 5: Two Twin Bedroom / 32-inch Roku TV / Mickey Theme
Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool.
The spa will not heat up if the pool heat has not been added to the stay.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars per house.
There is room in the driveway for no more than two cars.
Do not block the sidewalks. Additional cars must park in non-numbered spaces.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - the entire $1,500 is non-refundable
