Our 3-bedroom, 3 Bathroom private pool+spa vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation

Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:
* The pool faces West
Pool size is 24x11 Spa is 6 in Diameter
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
In order to heat the Spa, the additional cost must be paid.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage:
There is no parking in the garage- the owner s private vehicle is parked in the garage.

*There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee
* There is a two-dog limit
* Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
