Escape to your own oasis in the Champions Gate resort. This 8-bedroom and 5-bathroom home comes complete with a movie theater room. The large open-plan dining/family room offers space for guests to relax in comfort and the kitchen is fully equipped for those lazy days when you want to stay home and relax by the pool. End the day with a soak in the spillover spa, the perfect way to unwind after a busy day.
There are tastefully decorated bedrooms for the adults, and the children can choose between the princess room, the superhero room, or the character room. TVs are in all the bedrooms, along with the 70 screen tv in the loft and the 70 TV screen in the movie theater.
The games room has plenty to keep the family amused in the air-conditioned game rooms. Air hockey, pool table, football table along with a tv and sofa.
Don t forget to visit The Oasis Club with the Grill Room restaurant, pool, lazy river, water slide, and children s splash zone. There is something for everyone to enjoy with volleyball courts, a fitness room, a games room, and more.
Conveniently located for easy access to Highway 26 and Hwy192, and only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to take you to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Aquatica, shopping and the many other attractions central Florida has to offer.

Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Championship Golf Courses
The Champions Gate Resort golf courses were created for the best game possible, with two different courses available for golfers of every skill level, including the International and National golf courses designed by Greg Norman. The International Golf Course, designed to test the skill of even the most seasoned of golfers, has over 160 pot bunkers, long Florida grasses, and sloping hills to snare every wayward golf ball. The National Golf Course is designed for golfers of all skill levels, with 18 holes spread over 200 acres of immaculate lawns, complete with 80 bunkers, and water hazards for an exciting challenge. Outdoor Activities
Soak up the Florida sun while enjoying the many available outdoor activities! Play a game of tennis on one of the six tennis courts, or toss a ball on the volleyball court!
