Our 3-bedroom, 2 Bathroom private pool+spa vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation
BEDROOMS (Single-story home)
- Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom (Private Attached Bathroom) 43 TV
- Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom 43 TV
- Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom (Private Attached Bathroom)
- Office with Pullout Sleeper Sofa -
Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:
* The pool faces West and overlooks a golf course.
Pool is 12x20 with 6 ft round spa
Pool+Spa heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
The Spa will not heat up without pool heat being paid for.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage:
* Two cars can park in the garage
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.
Dog-Friendly Home (+$)
*This is a dog-friendly home
*There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee
* There is a two-dog limit
* Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
