- Bedroom 1: One King Bedroom / Sleeper Sofa / Lanai Access
- Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom / Lanai Access
* Dining Room has a Murphy bed behind the bookshelves *
Dog-Friendly Home (+$)
*This is a dog-friendly home
*There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee
* There is a two-dog limit
* Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

The pool faces South and is chlorinated
Pool size is 20x10
There is NO POOL HEAT
There is not a spa, it s a spillover to the pool.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- Charcoal is not provided
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
Parking:
- Two Car Driveway
No garage parking- owners vehicle is parked in the garage.
No trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
