Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private vacation cottage is the best option for a quiet southwest Florida stay.
Canal access to the Peace River as it turns into Charlotte Harbor.

Pool size is 20x10
There is NO POOL HEAT
There is not a spa, it s a spillover to the pool.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- Charcoal is not provided
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
Parking:
- Two Car Driveway
No garage parking- owners vehicle is parked in the garage.
