This townhome features two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an extra den for the kids. The first level is perfect for guests, boasting a sleeper sofa and extra room for storage. With direct access to the boat area, you’ll be able to clean off here before heading upstairs. Do not forget to stop by the community pool area on your way out too which features a heated pool!
The second floor features a dazzling kitchen, living room, and dining room. Gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances outline the kitchen where you’ll cook up your fresh catch of the day. Relax in the living room as you overlook the pool area too. Choose from eating indoors or outdoors on the screen-covered lanai while you enjoy the beautiful weather. The guest suite is also located on the second floor featuring a cozy queen bed and private bathroom.
The third floor is where total relaxation takes over. The master suite has its own domain with a king-size bed and a balcony overlooking Oyster Creek. Retreat to this oasis after a day on the boat and fall into pure Florida bliss.
(There is an elevator in the house, it goes only one floor from the basement to the main floor not the top floor where the master suite is. The elevator is currently not in working condition.)

In addition, jet-ski and kayak rentals, dolphin tours, and fishing charters are all available nearby for your enjoyment. Fishing and crabbing (with license) is allowed in the waters on the docks in the community. With a birding trail nearby, along with multiple walking and biking nature trails, there's no end to the entertainment found by our house. Book your stay today!

The public boat ramp is less than 5 minutes away at Ainger Creek Park with easy access to the community boat docks, first come first serve- registration with HOA after completing the background check to dock your boat. 25-foot maximum
30-night minimum stay per HOA rules.
Guests who stay here must complete a background check per the HOA requirements. This is an additional non-refundable $100 additional fee paid directly to the HOA once the reservation is made.
We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
