- Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom (Private attached Bathroom) 32" Roku TV
- Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom 38" TV
- Den/Office with Sleeper Sofa -
Pool Heater Charges and Information:
* The pool faces North
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
When not in use- the pool blanket must be on the pool at all times
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage:
* Two cars can park in the garage
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
