Escape to your own tropical oasis, just steps away from the heart of the action in Solara Resort, at Solara Sanctuary. This seven-bedroom home was designed with the vacationing family in mind. With everything from an amazing outdoor space, private arcade, theater, and custom bedrooms…this home is sure to impress everyone! 

As soon as you open the front door, you are greeted with a nice bright, and open floor plan at the end of the hall. Custom wood-accented walls Line the entryway she leads guests to the open kitchen and living area. There is plenty of space to entertain, with wall to a wall counter and a large island counter/bar. The bar offers to seat six and still has plenty of space for the dinner spread. For those needing a pick-up in the morning, the kitchen offers a standard coffee maker, a Keurig, and an electric kettle. The dining table is positioned under an elegant light fixture and can seat eight guests comfortably. A large ceiling fan keeps the breeze moving for guests while they relax on the two leather sofas and enjoy the 60” wall-mounted smart tv. There are two additional chairs for extra seating. 

The dining area opens out to the true “Sanctuary.” Guests can enjoy an evening outside and watch their favorite show on the wall-mounted smart tv. A nice living area with a sofa, two chairs, and a rug is perfect for kicking back. Guests can enjoy an outdoor meal on the outdoor dining table for ten or lay back and soak up some sun on several lounge chairs. There are also a couple of hanging egg chairs, perfect for a relaxing day. For added comfort, there are three outdoor ceiling fans and plenty of lighting. Enjoy all of this, in addition to your private heated pool and spillover spa. For added privacy, the owner has enclosed the pool area with “Florida Screens.” 

Two of the seven bedrooms are located on the first floor. The front queen master offers custom accent walls and wall-controlled ceiling fans. A wall-mounted smart tv and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo really make this feel like a luxury hotel room and is perfect for someone that does not want to climb the stairs. An extra chair is great for watching tv or changing. The back king master has enough room for an army but is set perfectly for two. The king bed is complimented with a sitting area with a bench and added chair. Guests will enjoy the comfort of a wall-controlled ceiling fan and will be able to catch their favorite show on the 55” wall-mounted smart tv. The large master bedroom features a double vanity, a separate water closet, and an oversized shower. Guests will also have private access to the pool area. 

The fun continues before you head upstairs when you discover the private arcade. Hours and days can be spent having fun in this paradise. Guests will enjoy a variety of options to keep entertained and keep up the competitive spirit! Try to get the highest score in a game of Skeeball, challenge the family to an air hockey tournament or enjoy a game of pool. A custom bar is perfect for drinks or snacks and offers plenty of extra seating and a wall-mounted smart tv. The gamers will get lost in the built-in gaming station with Xbox and 55” smart tv. For those looking to tickle the nostalgia button, you have your very own commercial Crazy Taxi arcade! Basketball fans will rejoice over the classic NBA Jam arcade, and Terminator fans will take over the Terminator 2 arcade. Custom wall murals and led lighting all around make this room even more fun. For the comfort of guests, this room has its own air conditioning. 

Everyone will gather upstairs in the custom-built loft movie theater. This custom theater has two tiers of movie seating for eight to enjoy your favorite show or movie on the 86” wall-mounted smart tv. Gamers will enjoy getting lost in their favorite game on the PlayStation 4. A bar with seating for four offers a great place to keep the popcorn and soda. This room features custom murals to give a true feeling of going back in time to an old Drive theater. You may find some favorite icons in the background! A full bathroom is off of the loft with a tub/shower combo.

 The king bedroom off of the loft provides plenty of space and extra seating. Guests will enjoy the wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan for extra comfort. Some of the little ones are sure to gravitate to the full over full bunk room, featuring a custom bunk bed with two full mattresses and a wall-mounted smart tv. Custom murals will whisk the little ones away to a familiar Polynesian movie. Be sure not to upset the volcano gods! The kids will all share a large jack and Jill bathroom with separate vanity and share a tub/shower and water closet. On the other side, the rest of the kids will pack into the custom space bunk bedroom. This room features custom-built bunk beds designed to sleep eight kids on eight twin mattresses. Three ladders give plenty of access to the top ninja and each bed features LED lighting, in addition to LED lighting around the room. Custom murals will have guests feel like they are in a galaxy far away. This room also has a 42” wall-mounted smart tv for the cadets to enjoy. 

A laundry room off the upstairs hallway provides plenty of space to do laundry. The back left king master has a modern touch with a custom accent wall, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted smart tv. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The back right king master is larger and also offers a ceiling fan and 55” wall-mounted smart tv. The master bathroom has a large corner tub and separate shower, as well as a double cabinet, a separate water closet, and a large walk-in closet. 

If you were not able to find enough fun in the home, you are just steps away from the Solara Clubhouse, pool, and resort amenities. Catch a bite to eat or catch a wave on the Surfrider! Walt Disney World and area theme parks are just miles away, making this home the absolute best option for your next vacation. Property Summary

Terms And Conditions:

• Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
• Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
• The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
