As soon as you open the front door, you are greeted with luxury woodwork in the entryway, which carries on into the open living area, perfect for entertaining your family or group. The large kitchen offers plenty of counter space and is fully stocked, including a Keurig standard and Kcup coffee maker.  Guests can enjoy sitting at the counter at the four bar stools or have a formal dinner at the extra-long dining table for fourteen. Custom lights shower the table and are sure to elevate any meal. Sit around and enjoy your favorite show on the leather sectional with a large coffee table and extra chair. The wall-mounted 60” smart tv sits in the backdrop of the custom-built entertainment center with an electric fireplace, sure to provide the perfect ambiance. Guests will keep cool with the oversize wall-controlled industrial fan in the living room. 

The relaxation can continue outside, where guests can enjoy a heated screened-in pool with a spillover spa. Whether you want to lounge on the four lounge chairs or play a family game on the outdoor covered dining table for 6, much of the family will find this to be a favorite! 

Two of the eight bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The front queen bedroom is perfect for someone looking to have peace of mind away from everyone else, or who comes in late and prefers to be closer to the front door. This room has a wall-mounted smart tv and a wall-controlled smart fan. Facing west, this room is also great for those that do not want the morning sun. A full bathroom is just outside of this room, and it has a glass shower. The other downstairs bedroom is the king master, which also has its own private access to the pool area. This room has custom accent walls and ceilings that truly elevate it. Guests will also enjoy the 55” wall-mounted smart tv, and extra seating. A wall-controlled ceiling fan provides extra comfort. The master bathroom has a double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower. 

Before heading upstairs, be sure to enjoy the game room. The game room is located just off the full laundry room. Inside the galactic game room with custom woodwork and murals, guests will enjoy TWO swirly slides, a Pop shot basketball game, air hockey, and foosball. An extra pub table and stools are perfect for an afternoon snack, or to sit and enjoy the wall-mounted smart tv. A separate air conditioning unit is sure to keep guests feeling nice and cool during those hot summer days! 

Upstairs, the entertainment continues in the large second-floor loft. The loft has a second living area with plenty of seating, a bar area with a mini fridge, and a pool table. A large ceiling fan will keep guests comfortable. Enjoy your favorite show or game on the 60” wall-mounted smart tv. 

Just off the stairs, the upstairs middle king master offers a 50” smart tv and added ceiling fan for comfort. Accent walls give a luxury feel, and the master bathroom has a double vanity and shower. The back right king is just off the loft and is above the pool area. This room has a wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan. This room is perfect for parents looking to stay close to the minions, as it shares a bathroom with the custom twin-over-twin bunk room. This bedroom is sure to attract the kids and has a wall-mounted smart tv. The shared bathroom has separate sink areas and a shared water closet and tub/shower combo. 

The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom on the other side of the loft. The middle room has two twin beds and a blue accent wall. This room has a wall-mounted smart tv and wall-controlled ceiling fan for comfort. The second twin room is perfect for the princesses and has two twin beds with a pink accent wall backdrop. This room has a smart tv and ceiling fan. The bathroom offers a double vanity and shower. 

The final bedroom is the front king master. With plenty of afternoon and evening sunshine, this room is the perfect room to wind down in. This room features custom green accent walks, a 50” smart tv, and wall controlled ceiling fan. The bathroom has a double vanity and shower.

• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
