This 9 bedroom resort property will give your family a great home away from home on your next Central
Florida holiday. Caribbean View is a 2 story home with 1 bedroom downstairs and 8 bedrooms upstairs. Its located inside Solara Resort and is full of extra amenities for your family.
Downstairs you will find a bedroom with 2 queen size beds and en suite bath featuring a dual sink vanity and a stand up shower. You will also find the kitchen, living and dining rooms with a bit of fun added via pool table. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped so making a few meals in for your large group will be a bonus. The breakfast bar has seating for 6. The dining table has seating for 9 and 4 additional bar seating just opposite the dining table. The living room has sectional seating with 2 accent chairs that overlook the crystal blue pool. There is a shared bath which has pool access as well.
Also in the downstairs area of the home is the games room. Step into the Jurassic Era and enjoy the custom murals and tons of games! You will find a multi-arcade, Shooting and driving arcade games, foosball, air hockey, and a gaming station with PS4 in this air conditioned games room. There is also a flat panel TV on the wall for streaming your favorite channels.
Upstairs you will find 8 more bedrooms and a movie theater. The movie theater has seating for 6 with pub style seating for 4. The loft also has a desk and a mini fridge for convenience. A great place to get together for some popcorn and a family movie. The master suite features a king bed and en suite bath. There is a king bedroom that shares a bath with the Space themed bedroom that has a full size custom bunk bed with slide. Another king bedroom shares a bath with the princess themed bedroom with 2 twin beds. A 4th king bedroom that has access to the shared loft bathroom. And finally a king suite with shared bath access with the toy themed bedroom which has a twin/full bunk bed. All bedrooms have TVs.
Step outside and enjoy your screened in pool area that features a pool and spa for your enjoyment. There is outdoor dining for 8 and 4 sun loungers for your use.
Located just minutes from Orlando s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions, this luxury villa is located in the gated Solara Resort, which is just 5 minutes (2.7 mile drive) from a Publix supermarket and restaurants. The new Margaritaville being so close offers fantastic nighttime entertainment with fabulous restaurants along with Dine In movie theaters.
Enjoy unlimited access to all the 8 acre resort has to offer with a state of the art 13,000 sq.ft clubhouse, resort pool, children s splash pool with water cannons, cascading bucket and slides, hot tub, FlowRider Surf Simulator***, well-equipped fitness room, basketball and volleyball courts, children s playground and recreational area. The teen room has four gaming consoles, a doodle wall and simulator game featuring golf, dodge ball, football, soccer and lots more. There is also a poolside cafe when you enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktails!
