Woodland View is a 2 story, 4 bedroom pool home with 3 bathrooms. This private vacation rental is situated next to a spectacular conservation area that offers privacy as well as natural Florida foliage and wildlife.
The downstairs of the home features the common areas of the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The open floor plan provides plenty of sunlight and stunning views of the pool area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar seating 2. The dining table has seating for 6. The living room has sofa seating and a large flat panel TV. There is a half bath downstairs for convenience.
All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The Master suite has a king bed with a flat panel TV. The master bath features a stand up shower and a single sink vanity. The second master suite features a queen bed with a flat panel TV. The ensuite bathroom features a garden tub and a single sink vanity. Bedroom 3 has a twin and full bed with a flat panel TV. Bedroom 4 features 2 twin beds and a flat panel TV. The 3rd bathroom is a shared bath with a shower tub combo and single sink vanity.
The pool area is mostly private with only neighbors on the left side of the home. The rest is surrounded by a wooded area. There are 2 sun loungers and table seating for 4 outside. The pool is completely enclosed with screening for your comfort.
Please note that pool Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days. Please note that the spa in this home does not heat to a higher temperature of that of the pool.
