As we would not be in a condition of the more expensive options, we would get the most basic of all. That meant a quarter (VERY) small for four of us for 14 days, no kitchen and no space for anything, not our bags. I thought a lot, exchanged ideas with others and in the site forum Mike, I received an indication of being in a "condo" or a "villa." I suggested Magical Vacations Home, and decided to contact them. We do a lot of travelling and your condo is the most wonderful condo we have EVER stayed in. Plenty of towels and hangers which in some condos we've stayed in only have a small mis-match of shapes and sizes. These are the little things you don't see in photos but which make a good condo. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and the condo was decorated throughout in a relaxing, ‘Tommy Bahama Style’ color scheme, very classy. The photos really don't do it justice.
Having a small baby and toddler we made use of all the baby equipment including the strollers, high chair and Pack’n’Play, how nice not to have to bring our own. After extensive research, Windsor Hills is the only resort that didn't have any negative reports, and I trawled through hundreds of sites. The condo and grounds are very well looked after. I particularly liked the security at the gate - getting past those guards without your pass was a 'no no'. We loved the pool and surrounding areas, so quite and tranquil, just what we need on our day off from the Disney Parks – by the way, the location is superb! We will return time & time again. Our time in your condo at Windsor Hills was great. We really didn’t have any problems with anything and everything worked just as your messages said. We will definitely pass on your website to friends and family members when looking for a place in the area to stay. I doubt we will be going back to Orlando for a long time (such an exhausting vacation!), but we definitely enjoyed our time in the Condo and Emmalea loved the Mickey Mouse room. We couldn’t get her to go to sleep at night because she got to watch movies in her bed.

Ros, Thanks so much for the follow up! Our stay was wonderful. I wish we would have had time to visit the pool, it looked beautiful! The condo was so nice and clean and updated. My bother asked for me to send him the info as he and his girlfriend stay in orlando a couple times a year with her family and it would be much better then staying in a hotel for certain! We'll certainly stay again when we visit Orlando in the future.

Hello Ros, I wanted to thank you for a wonderful vacation. The first our family has ever taken together for that length of time. Your condo is gorgeous. My husband trusted me to book the vacation and he can be hard to please. He was sooo happy. He felt that there was absolutely everything we needed at our disposal. It was so clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed Windsor Hills, we felt like we could have just stayed at the condo and enjoyed a relaxing vacation there. The condo was also close to restaurants, and attractions which was great for us. We have raved to friends and family about your condo, we were very impressed. Our vacation was wonderful and relaxing for a change. Your condo location was perfect for us - just minutes away from Disney and other amenities such as Target where we frequently visited to pick up things for our 2 and 4 years old. What a wonderful time we had in your condo!! From beginning to end, you made each and everything so smooth. The boys loved sleeping in a "Mickey room" and were very disappointed to see their bedrooms at home last night! My older son cried hysterically when it was time to leave for the airport. We wanted to thank you for an excellent stay in your condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills in your Tommy Bahama condo. We felt so at home. We appreciated how well the condo was appointed. We took note of the quality bath towels, kitchen towels, the bedding, the sofa, and much more. We found the kitchen well stocked for preparing light meals. The boys loved their Mickey Room and are still talking about it today! They really liked having their very own space in the condo. We found the Windsor Hills Resort to be clean, well-maintained, and quiet. We all enjoyed the pool and found the walk from the Tommy Bahama condo to be nice and quick. We had a great time and the condo was great! You were right, the location was fabulous and the kids really loved the pool! The 3 kids fought over the Mickey room so the girls shared a twin and my son slept in the other and they were all happy! Hi Ros, My family stayed in your “Tommy Bahama” condo at Windsor Hills last week, and I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with it! Everything was meticulously maintained and just beautiful – even more than in the pictures on the website! We really enjoyed ourselves and loved how close we were to all the parks! The kids had a BLAST at the pool complex….in fact the day after we came back home to the cold, snowy New Hampshire weather, my 3-yr-old informed us that he wants to MOVE to the “pool condo” as he called it! Everything was just as shown/advertised and so often that is not the case. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your Tropical Luxury condo. You have a beautiful, clean condo with all the extras you hope for during a week-long stay. We had a very busy week filled with baseball games, so it was nice to have a home-away-from-home to relax in comfort. Several other families from our baseball team rented condos and houses in Windsor Hills Resort, and the property amenities kept the 15-yr-old young men happy and content off the baseball field! They had a blast at the pool and clubhouse. The basketball courts were an added bonus!

We found that the house had everything we needed & we were very COMFORTABLE there!!!! This villa was amazing! It had everything me and my (extended) family wanted, especially after long hours at Disney World and Epcot. My kids loved the pool and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the spa. I soaked for hours and let him make the evening meal! (I can't believe it either!) Even his parents had a good time w/ no complaints (and believe me, that's unusual). The bedrooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed, as was the kitchen and living area. My family and I have alrady made plans to stay here again for our next trip. Disney -- here we come!!

The trip was great and the house just made it better. Ending up with 10 travelers, it was very nice to not be tripping over each other and their stuff!
On the warmer days (earlier in the week) the pool was excellent. Even as it got cooler, it was nice to put my feet in to recover from the day at Disney! Having the Christmas tree still up was a treat as well.

Great Place for Families Our party of six just spent a week at this wonderful home, and we all - from ages 12 through 53 - recommend it highly. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well furnished, and soooo convenient to DisneyWorld, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The security personnel at the gate were friendly yet professional, and there was no problem having a friend visit. One day it was just too warm for us Yankees to walk around the theme park, so we went "home" and played in the pool until temperatures cooled a bit, then returned for evening rides. If you can't decide between this and a crowded hotel room, let me make the decision for you: This is definitely the way to go.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for giving us such a nice place to stay for our recent trip to Disney.
The townhouse was great! Windsor Hills is so pretty and so peaceful. It was wonderful to "come home" to after those marathon days at Disney. The location couldn't have been better in my opinion. We could have popped home for lunch (if we hadn't packed it every day) or dinner and gotten back to the parks without missing a beat. We saved a TON of money by not eating at the parks. Having a "real" kitchen, and not some tiny kitchenette, made a big difference. We chose to eat at Epcot our last night there as a special treat and spent almost as much money for dinner as we had spent for groceries for the week! Did I mention how peaceful it was? Of course I did, but I have to say it again. It was like being at home in our own quiet little neighborhood. Such a relief after all the hooplah of being in the parks. The people at the security gate were most helpful and pleasant, we definitely felt completely safe and at home. We have been to Disney four times now. First we stayed on "Hotel Boulevard", at the Hotel Royal Plaza. This was before they revamped it and it was still a pretty economical choice! Now I think it's pretty pricey. The second time we stayed at a Radisson not too far from Windsor Hills, sorry I can't recall specifically which one. The grounds were lovely, that's why our travel agent put us up there, but we didn't spend any time sitting in the courtyard! The third time we stayed on property at Port Orleans, French Quarter. The room was tiny and there was rarely a quiet moment. This time, of course, we stayed at Windsor Hills. We will NEVER stay in a hotel again. I think our living room was about the size of the hotel room in Port Orleans! Not to mention there was continual noise and activity being on the Disney property that we didn't get in Windsor Hills. I believe the townhouse was less expensive nightly than all three of our prior choices if I remember correctly. Aside from the savings on nightly charges, and restaurants, it was so nice, when I woke up in the morning, that I could go down stairs and study (I have finals this week) while everyone else slept. Everyone was able to get as much sleep as they needed without being disturbed and I was able to have some quiet time with my cup of coffee while the kids slept. What a blessing that can be! We were all very pleased with the property and immediately adopted it as our "Disney home”. Thank you again. I hope we will have an opportunity to rent from you again in the future. As far as the service, the facilities, the location and the quality of the condo I cannot speak highly enough, it was like a home from home. We liked the resort that much we love to buy a place, only thing stopping us is money, what else.The decor was impressive the pool area was excellent, the kids loved it.
We did not use the gym or the shop but they looked fine. The security was spot on we felt safe at all times, the lads on the gate check every car that goes in, the service you gave was spot on, it was great not having to collect the keys or fill in any forms at a different address, as you well aware the only difficult thing over there is finding places, even with a sat nav we got lost a couple of times. The weather was very hot, we were praying for rain when it hit 104, the AC was a god send. The only thing i was disappointed in was the food, ( Not your fault) we tried a lot of different restaurants, such as Denny, Perkins, ponderosa,
