The company is led by an experience leadership team with a proven track record in the hospitality industry that is committed to preserving the company values-based culture while delivering a customer experience that lives up to our name. Terri and Leigh purchased their first vacation property in 2004. Having been regular guests to Orlando, then as Owners and now a Business Owners of a property management company they are truly passionate about both his owners and guest experience.  Terri and her husband Leigh live in Celebration and have two children Joshua and Amelia.

Under Leigh's strong leadership Magical Vacation Homes has become an industry leader in the luxury vacation home property management and marketing in Orlando.  Leigh obtained two Diploma’s in Marketing and Business Administration at Cambridge Regional College in England as well as Northern Alberta Technology, in Alberta Canada.

Vice President
Terri has overseen the implementation of the most innovative technology in the industry and continues to innovate to improve the business. Terri has a Degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Alberta, Canada.
