How Do I Place a Reservation for your one of your Windsor Hills homes?Once you find the home of your choice, there are two easy-to-follow ways to book your holiday with Magical Vacation Homes. You can choose to place the reservation direct online through our secure website 24/7, or simply speak to one of our Magical Vacation Homes representatives toll free at 1-886-991-3158, or 407-552-6155 for calls outside the USA and Canada. We require a 20% deposit upon placing the reservation. If less than 45 days prior to your stay, a full payment is asked of the guest. Deposits or full balances will be billed to the credit card number provided unless other payment methods are arranged. 2.) Will I Stay In the specific Windsor Hills Home I Have Chosen?Absolutely yes! Once you have booked either online or through one of the Magical Vacation Homes representatives, the availability calendar will automatically be updated on our website, blocking out your specific dates. This will ensure you always get to stay in the property of your choice! If for some unforeseen reason we are required to move you to another home, we will do our absolute best to give you prior notice, as well as ensure you are located in a property of similar specifications to the one you have chosen. If this is not permissible, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. 3.) When Will I Receive My Confirmation and Arrival Instructions?Upon receiving your signed rental agreement and final payment, Magical Vacation Homes will e-mail you a separate booking confirmation form which will include your rental property address, custom lockbox code, wireless internet code, map of how to get to your property, and a rental voucher for the duration of your stay. 4.) What Is Your Check-in & Check-out Time?Your home will be available for check-in on your day of arrival at 4:00 pm. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 am on your day of departure from Windsor Hills. Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested for an additional charge of $50 each. All early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to no other reservations in the property at the time of your arrival/departure. As such, these will be tentatively booked, and confirmed only within the last 48 hours prior to your arrival. It is the guest's responsibility to contact Magical Vacation Homes within 48 hours of arrival to confirm availability. 5.) Where Do I Pick Up/Drop Off My Keys?At Magical Vacation Homes, we understand the importance of being able to enjoy every last minute of your holiday! Keys located conveniently in lockboxes outside of the property will enable you to do just this! Once the rental agreement has been signed and returned to us, and the full balance for your vacation home has been paid, you will be e-mailed your custom code for the lockbox along with other essential documents for your stay at Windsor Hills. When you leave, all you have to do is simply return your key in the lockbox. Failure to replace the key will result in a $50 charge to replace the locks. 6.) What is Required at Check-out?Upon check-out, it would be greatly appreciated if you would help our cleaning team by: Removing all sheets & linens to prepare for laundering Piling all used towels in one area ready for laundering Emptying trash cans and placing all trash in receptacles outside of the home Ensuring you collect all of your belongings and return the key to the lockbox. Helping yourself to a business card for your friends and family. If you quote your reservation number on a future reservation, you will be rewarded with a 10% loyalty discount! 7.) What is Magical Vacation Homes' Cancellation Policy?All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalty percentages of the total rental fee:

Does Magical Vacation Homes Require a Minimum Night Stay?Magical Vacation Homes currently has a 4 night minimum stay policy in effect for all Windsor Hills homes. 9.) What are Magical Vacation Homes' Office Hours?Our regular office hours are 8:30 am to 6:30 pm EST Monday through Friday, and 10:00 am to 4:30 pm EST on Saturdays and Sundays. Guests calling to place a reservation, or those with general inquiries outside of office hours are able to leave messages on our voicemail system. Magical Vacation Homes will do its utmost to reply to all voicemail messages within 24 hours. Reservations can also be placed 24/7 on our secure website. 10.) If We Have a Problem With the Home, What Should We Do?During regular business hours, you may call us toll free at 1-886-991-3158 and speak directly to one of Magical Vacation Homes' qualified personnel. All issues will be documented and addressed in a timely manner. To ensure your piece of mind, we additionally have a representative on-call 24/7 on our toll free number, to deal with any emergency situation within your Windsor Hills home. 11.) Are the Kitchens Fully Equipped?All homes are fully equipped with everything you'll need, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave and dishwasher. Additionally, all of Magical Vacation Homes' properties come complete with toasters, coffee makers, blenders, cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. 12.) Are There Laundry Facilities Close by?To complete all your essential holiday laundry needs, look no further than your own home! Each property comes complete with a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board right in the home!
13.) What Are Some Other Features of My Vacation Home?Each Magical Vacation Home comes complete with wonderful furnishing to help make your holiday memorable and carefree! Other property amenities include: · FREE international, local and long distance calls · FREE high speed wireless internet access · Fully equipped kitchen · Cable TV and DVD player · Full size washer and dryer · Iron, iron board and hairdryer · All towels and linens · Elevator access · Baby crib and extra cot available upon request · Alarm clock · Vacuum, Mop and Broom · Complimentary starter soap, toilet paper and trash bags · FREE use of all Windsor Hills Resort facilities - so NO extra costs for you! 14.) What Do I Need to Bring With Me On My Holiday? While we try to provide each guest with everything they will need, there are some items that are not provided in the homes. While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels and washcloths, as these are not always supplied in the property. As mentioned, Magical Vacation Homes provides complimentary starter soap, toilet paper, and trash bags; however once these items are used, it is the guest’s responsibility to replenish them. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc. are NOT provided and must also be supplied by the guest. Groceries are not provided.
15.) Do You Allow Pets?Magical Vacations Homes has a strict no pet policy in all of its homes. Those found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum $500 fee. 16.) Are the Homes Non-Smoking?We are pleased to inform you that all homes have a strict no-smoking policy. Guests are permitted however to smoke on the screen enclosed balcony, or outside the property areas. Those found to be in violation of the smoking policy will be subject to a $500 fee. 17.) Are the Properties Cleaned Daily?All of our homes undergo a regimented cleaning process prior to and after your stay; however during your stay, our cleaning crew does not enter your vacation home. Guests are not required to clean the property themselves, however cleaning supplies such as a vacuum, mop, and broom are provided to cover any mid-stay spills or other such occurrences. At a guest's request, a mid-stay clean can be arranged for a standard cleaning rate fee. A) All of the properties within Windsor Hills Resort are privatly owned and managed by management companies such as Magical Vacation Homes. There is no central line were you can ask specific questions regarding reservations or individual homes. However there are the two following useful numbers: - Windsor Hills Welcome Desk - located within the clubhouse will distribute your guest card during your stay. The phone number for the welcome desk is: 407-787-4255 - Windsor Hills Security Front Gate - as your arrive to Windsor Hills security will issue you a access pass for your stay providing you provide a rental voucher and photo ID. Transportation Q) Is there a shuttle bus service to the from parks and shopping malls from Windsor Hills? A) Yes. There are privatley owned and operated companies that offer this service from Windsor Hills Resort. A current list of the services can be obtained from Windsor Hills welcome center. With parking at Disney or Universal Studios $14 per car this may be an afforadble alternative.
