Please click below to see our profile page and the Magical Photo Contest Entries Enjoy!How to Enter: • Photos must be submitted via e-mail to leigh@magicalvacationhomes.com . • All photos must be submitted within twelve months of your departure from Magical Vacation Homes rental property and include your reservation ID #, or your name, address, phone and email information. • Photos must be received no later than midnight EST on February 28th, 2012. You will receive a confirmation email that your photos have been received within one week. Magical Homes is not responsible for photos that are not received. What to Enter: • A minimum of 4 and maximum of 20 photos may be submitted. • Photos must be taken in either your Windsor Hills vacation rental, Windsor Hills Resort, or in the Central Florida region. Who May Enter: • No purchase necessary to enter or win. Product purchase will not enhance chances of winning a prize. • This offer is subject to all U.S. laws and is void wherever prohibited and/or restricted by law. By entering, you agree to these official rules and the decisions of Magical Vacation Home Management, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects. Employees and directors of Magical Vacation Homes, their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising & promotion agencies, and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees and directors are not eligible. Terms: • The Magical Vacation Homes Magical Memories Photo Contest begins March 1st, 2012, and ends March 1st, 2012. • Customary fees such as cleaning, damage, amenity, reservation and taxes apply. Winners will notified by March 1st, 2013. • Winners must redeem their free night(s) no later than December 15th, 2014 during a non-holiday or high season. • Winners will be placed in a 3 bedroom condo in Windsor Hills Resort for a period of up to seven days. • By submitting photos, the submitter is acknowledging that everyone in the photo has given their permission to use their image. All photos will be displayed on a website. In addition, some photos may be displayed on Magical Vacation Homes' main website as a well as various other websites. The photos submitter authorizes Magical Vacation Homes the exclusive right to use all photos for public display and/or advertising purposes. • Winnings cannot be exchanged for any other prizes and have no cash value. Unredeemed winnings will be forfeit. Judging: • The winner will be notified of their status by March 1st, 2013. • The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Magical Vacation Homes reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. Decisions of Magical Vacation Homes will be final.
